Natural Paradide

Day 1 Welcome to Costa Rica!

A CRT representative will meet you at the Airport and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 2 Explore San José

Day at leisure to explore the surroundings on your own or take any optional activity (Not included).

Optional activities: City Tour or Coffee Tour. (For additional information about optional activities please contact CRT).
Day 3-4 South Caribbean Coast

(** Tortuguero Extension not included)

Pass through the dense Braulio Carrillo National Park to reach the Caribbean lowlands. The region shows a country-unique combination of beaches, rainforest and Afro Caribbean culture. Enjoy the hotel facilities or explore the beaches, jungle, local culture, gastronomy and music.
 
Tortuguero Extension

3 days –2 nights

** Due to the logistic of the program Tortuguero Extension should be added on day 03.

The natural system of canals and navigable lagoons, beaches and primary rainforest form the habitat for green turtles, leatherbacks and hawksbill, manatee, monkeys and crocodiles.

The National Park is one of the most biologically diverse regions in the country. The Turtle nesting season is from July to September.
Tortuguero Extension
Day 5 Sarapiquí Lowland Rain Forest

Travel towards Sarapiquí, the green heart of Costa Rica, a gorgeous region with mighty rivers and evergreen jungles. Spend your afternoon at leisure and enjoy the hotel facilities.
Day 6-7 Arenal Volcano

The conical shape of Arenal Volcano dominates the rolling plains of San Carlos. During the day observe the lushness of the surrounding scenery and the majestic form of Arenal Volcano, and at night impressive eruptions when the lava streams and incandescent rock explosions resemble firework displays.

Optional activities (Not included): Natural Spa & Hot Springs or Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge. (For additional information about optional activities please contact CRT).
 
Day 8-9 Central Pacific Coast

Although relatively small, this area has an incredible biodiversity! It boasts with attractions like national parks, beaches, mangrove forests, waterfalls and lots of wildlife including monkeys, toucans and dolphins. Take your time to relax or explore Jaco Beach Town.
 
Day 10 Adiós Costa Rica

Departure towards the International Airport, taking with you pleasant memories of a wonderful holiday.
