This 7 day fly & drive package takes you to the National Parks of Poás Volcano and the active Arenal Volcano, before leaving towards the northern Pacific coasts and it´s beautiful beaches. Ideal for nature lovers, as you will visit different natural life zones and get an insight into Costa Rica´s famous biodiversity. Well planed routes and convenient route descriptions, make sure you find your way around without missing out on mayor attractions along your way.
This program can be booked by itself or in combination with one of the other fly  & drive programs to other destinations within Costa Rica. By doing so, you can extend the itinerary to 11 days or 15 days fly & drive programs.

The packages are designed so that you can enjoy and explore each area without any rush or extensive driving hours. The 4x4 vehicle adds safety and convenience to your vacation. You may choose between two different hotels and rental car categories, according to your preferences.

	Arrival at the international Airport , Juan Santamaria in San José. A friendly CRT-Team Staff Member will pick you up at the airport. While transferring to your hotel in San José, all travel documents will be handed to you. Accommodation:according to chosen hotel category

	After breakfast your rental car will be delivered to your hotel.  Leaving San José your first attraction on the way should be Poás Volcano National Park. The drive takes you through coffee plantations and little villages before you arrive at Poás Volcano to observe it´s craters and unique vegetation. There are plenty of small restaurants on the way, where can enjoy typical meals, before you proceed towards the area around the active Arenal Volcano. Your hotel is located in the vecinity of the Volcano. Accommodation:according to chosen hotel category.

	Today your route takes you along the shores of the Areal Lake further toward the Pacific coast. As you leave behind the rolling hills around the lake, landscape and vegetation will drasticly change as you proceed into the low lands of the Pacific area. The province of Guancaste is well known for cattle farms and the wide tropical dry forest.  Your final destination for the day is the small village of Tamarindo beach. 	At Tamarindo Beach the ocean and the long tropical beach invite you to enjoy beach activities or just relax in the sun.  The village of Tamarindo offers a large variety of restaurants, bars and small stores with local and international  products. Accommodation:according to chosen hotel category.

	Enjoy the morning on the beach and then start todays section of the itinerary towards a charming safe nature heaven - Hacienda La Pacifica . Located half way between the Pacific Coast and San José the hotel offers plenty opportunities to get in touch with nature or relax at the tropical gardens around the large pool. 	Before leaving Hacienda la Pacifica, you should pay a visit to *Las Pumas* a sanctuary for wild animals, located right next to the hotel. Should today be the last day of your itinerary, you will be driving to San José, back into the mountains of the Central Valley and return the rental car. In case you chose an additional fly & drive extention you will continue towards the Central Pacific transition area. Accommodation:according to chosen hotel category.

	For international flights you should be at the airport three hours before departure. According to your flight schedule you might have some time to walk around the pedestrian zones of San José or  visit a museum.  CRT staff will pick you up for your transfer to the airport to see you off for a safe journey home. You will take home, lots of unforgettable impressions and delightful memories. End of Services !
