• Pick up at the lobby of your hotel for your shuttle to Arenal area (breakfast not included). 
• Check in at the hotel. Afternoon to explore the area and to admire the volcano 
• Evening visit to Baldí hot springs for a swim: the facilities provide 25 pools of the most thermal mineral waters in the world, that flow naturally directly from the volcano and its medicinal waters have been certified by the Costa Rica University Geology School. Relax into the thermal springs and enjoy the magnificent view of the volcano. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.

• Breakfast at the hotel. Then full day activity in the Caño Negro area: Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge is one of the most important wetland regions in Central America, considered of international importance as it protects a great number of endangered migratory species of birds and other animals like the anhinga, roseate spoonbill, and wood stork- turtles, caiman, sloth and monkeys may be seen.
