San José International Airport Arrivals

DAY 01        Arrival to San José

• Arrival to Juan Santamaría International airport in San José. Meet & greet at the international airport, followed by transfer to hotel.  CRT representative give complete orientation on following days activities and travel documents.

• Ramada Plaza Herradura Hotel and Conference Center exemplifies the "Spirit of Costa Rica". It is located in the heart of the Central Valley, five miles from the International Airport, and a short drive from downtown San José.  Rooms with private bathroom, satellite color- TV and air conditioning; Sauna, Bar-Restaurant, Crystal Casino, 3 Swimming pools with a waterfall, Exercise equipment, Wet Bar, an 18 hole championship golf course, Jacuzzi, 10 illuminated tennis courts.

DAY 02        Transfer to North Pacific Coast Area: Guanacaste Province (Breakfast & All Inclusive)

• After breakfast at hotel, ground transfer to Conchal Beach area.

DAY 03        Golf at Reserva Conchal Golf Course

• After breakfast tee time at Reserva Conchal Golf Course
•  Reserva Conchal Golf Course (Paradisus Playa Conchal): Robert Tren Jones II-designed Reserva Conchal Golf Course. The course can be challenging enough from the back tees (7,080 yards). With panoramic views of the Blue Pacific, the course meanders through rolling hills with sun-drenched fairways bordered by native forests—you might even see howler monkeys. In addition, there are enough lakes and ravines to put a premium on accurate approach shots to large Bermuda greens manicured just like those at country clubs in the USA.

PALO VERDE BOAT TOUR

• Enjoy a boat ride on the Tempisque River, which forms part of Palo Verde National Park.  This wildlife sanctuary protects the lower river basin, where the mangroves, marshes and seasonally flooded fields provide ideal conditions for resident and migratory waterfowl, crocodiles, iguanas and scarlet macaws.  The tropical dry forest and mangroves are home to capuchin monkeys.  The 2-hour boat ride on the Tempisque, Costa Rica’s largest river, is a most rewarding experience for anyone interested in nature.  
• What to bring: Comfortable clothing and footwear, hat or cap, sun block lotion, insect repellent, binoculars and camera.
• Length of tour: Half Day.
• Inclusions: air-conditioned transportation, bilingual guide, soft drinks, entrance fee, boat ride, and bottle of water.

DAY 04        Golf at Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course (All inclusive)

• After breakfast tee time at Hacienda Pinilla
• Hacienda Pinilla Golf Club: Costa Rica has long been known for its parrots, toucans, and quetzals. Not for eagles and birdies found on golf courses. But the course at Hacienda Pinilla is rapidly changing all of that. The 7,500-yard, par 72 masterpiece is the creation of Mike Young, who iresponsible for some of the finest courses in the southern United States. At Hacienda Pinilla, golfers have a course that offers picturesque scenery, immaculate conditions, frequent glimpses and exotic wildlife. Each hole was designed to conform to the slopes and contours of the natural landscape.

DAY 05        Back to San José (Breakfast)

• Breakfast at hotel.  Ground transfer to San José downtown.

DAY 06        Adios Costa Rica! (Breakfast)

• Breakfast at hotel.  Transfer to Juan Santamaría International Airport for flight back home.

• According to the International Airport requirements all passengers should be at airport at least 3 hours before departure flight time for safety and check in procedures.

•      4 Days SUV Full Size Rented Car: manual Toyota Rav 4 or similar.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver license and passport
• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid International Credit Car

IMPORTANT:

• US $750-$ 1000.00 refundable deposit and US $ 25.00 daily insurance are not included. These amounts must be directly paid at the Rent a Car company with an international Credit Card.
• According to the regular procedures applied by most of the Car rental companies in Costa Rica, the arrangements for the return of the car must be made directly between the clients and the Car rental company.   Car must be returned at the same time it was picked up, if not client will have to pay an additional charge directly to the car rental representative, as penalty for the delay.

•      1 Green Fee at Reserva Conchal Golf Course at Paradisus Playa Conchal (1 round of golf / 18 holes) *
•      1 Green Fee at Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course with bilingual guide escort (1 round of golf / 18 holes) *
• All green fees include golf carts and round trip transfer from/to hotel*
